Challenge - Creating a unified user funnel after combining data from multiple sources like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Marketing, and Google play store.

As an Enterprise SaaS and B2B Commerce platform, Skyber aims to be more than just a platform by providing information and knowledge to users.

Just after the launch of the product, Skyber wanted clear visibility of all their data from multiple sources for better attribution, data-driven strategy, and acquisition 

Here’s what they asked Datazip to do :

  • Connect multiple data sources.

  • Within each source, refresh at the specific frequency.

  • Ensure the data pipeline is consistent and resilient.

  • Ensure the Data is 100% accurate.

If not for Datazip, Skyber would have invested around ~ 4 x 3000$ = ~12,000$ on the team after waiting for ~ 6 months to hire the right team which too would come with high attrition. Once the key members of the team leave Skyber, the new team would build the data stack with proprietary tools all over again as they may find it very hard to maintain the existing data stack technology that they are not familiar with. This would run endlessly every couple of years challenging any benefits coming out of internal data teams, thus building and maintaining a data platform in-house could not fulfill Skyber’s growing & urgent data requirements. In a function where consistency is critical, they needed to find a reliable and flexible partner, enabling them to trust their dashboard and make data-driven decisions.

Scaling with Datazip 

Partnering with Datazip was immensely fruitful for Skyber. The alternative in hand was to hire and train a vast in-house data engineering team. This would have been inefficient and time-consuming. The ongoing association has provided them with the confidence to become more specific about which categories to expand.
